In 1986 Oil Well Supply Company Ltd. was established to fill the demands of the local Drilling, Chemical and Refinery industries in Sarnia, Ontario. Our relationship with these industries identified a need for a local railroad maintenance contractor, leading to the development of our railroad division OWS Railroad Construction & Maintenance (OWS) in 1989.
